Hathway Connecting Devices

PlayBox

The Hathway Connecting PlayBox remains the property of Hathway Connecting and is not sold to the subscriber.
Subscribers are not authorized to sell, transfer, lease, or pledge the PlayBox.
The device must be used as per the provided user manual. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
Upon termination of services, subscribers must return the PlayBox in full working condition. Hathway Connecting reserves the right to retrieve the device from the subscriber’s premises.
If the subscriber relocates, the PlayBox must be returned immediately.

Ultra Smart Hub

The Hathway Connecting Ultra Smart Hub is an HD Hybrid Set Top Box and remains the exclusive property of Hathway Connecting.
Subscribers are not authorized to sell, transfer, lease, or pledge the Ultra Smart Hub.
It must be used in accordance with the provided manual. Damage due to misuse will be the subscriber’s responsibility.
Upon termination of services, the Ultra Smart Hub, along with its remote, power adaptor, and HDMI/AV cable, must be returned in working condition.
Hathway Connecting reserves the right to retrieve the device and accessories from the subscriber’s premises.
Relocation of the subscriber requires immediate return of the Ultra Smart Hub and its accessories.

Speed Assurance

The typical download and upload speeds offered are approximately:

80% of the advertised speed for downloads.
30% of the advertised speed for uploads.

These speeds may vary based on location, usage, and technical factors.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Hathway Connecting regarding the use of this website. They supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written, concerning the website and its content.
